Hilary Barry has a new solo exhibition at The George Farnham Gallery in Saxmundham, running 4 – 15 July.
All are welcome at the Private View: 11am – 3pm, Saturday 8 July.
The George Farnham Gallery is at 6A High Street, Saxmundham, IP17 1DD; opening times are Tuesday – Friday, 10.30am – 4pm; Saturday, 10am – 1pm (Closed Sunday and Monday).
Hilary is opening her studio this weekend on Saturday 10 – Sunday 11 June from 10am – 4pm, as part of 2023 Suffolk Open Studios. Sadly, Hilary can only do the one weekend this year so it’s going to be a busy couple of days!

For the next 2 weekends, Easterly Artists member Paul Zawadzki is opening his studio and gallery at 24 Upper Olland St, Bungay NR35 1BH as part of this year’s Harleston & Waveney Art Trail (HWAT) – see https://hwat.org.uk/ for more details.
Paul is No. 12 on the HWAT map. The trail is open 10am – 5pm every day of each weekend and continues until Bank Holiday Monday 29 May.
Loosely focused on the theme of New Beginnings and with new work in a wide range of mediums – from painting to pastels, collage to chromatography, drawing to dorodango – there’s something to suit every artistic taste and palette.

This year the group will be adding to the programme with a series of interactive sessions and demonstrations, including pottery, prints, and landscape painting – so make a note now to visit the marquee and check out times to reserve your slot! The exhibition will be taking place in the Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich NR2 1TF.
Examples of Paul and Ally’s work can be seen above and below, however more of their artworks will be on show at the exhibition.
Entry to the exhibition is free, and it’s open daily from 9am to 5pm, taking place from 12th – 19th May 2023.

Bill Haward, Tricia Davidson and Marilyn Jackson are taking part in the Eastern Edge Arts exhibition at The Aldeburgh Gallery, together with Jean McIntosh.
The exhibition opens on 20th April, running until 26th April.
The Aldeburgh Gallery is at 143 High Street, Aldeburgh, Suffolk IP15 5AN. Opening times are 10am – 5pm.
The Spring Art Show held in the Atrium at the Forum in Norwich is now in its 10th year, showcasing work from an eclectic mix of artists based in East Anglia, including Paul Zawadzki.

Covehithe Sunset below is one of several paintings Paul will be exhibiting. The Forum can be found at Millennium Plain, Norwich, NR2 1TF.
The Cut is at 8 New Cut, Halesworth IP19 8BY and the exhibition runs till 14 Jan. It’s worth noting it takes place over two floors.
