Darren Breeze
Darren is a professional woodturner who lives and works from his premises Art & Craft in Wood in the historic High Street of Lowestoft and has been turning for about 11 years. In that time he has won a national competition, exhibited at Wizardry in Wood 2016 in London winning a 1st place, has been accepted onto the Register of Professional Turners and has been awarded a bursary from the Worshipful Company of Turners.
Darren has been profiled in “Woodturning” magazine and has had work included in magazines and newspapers., and is now making a name for himself internationally. His artistic flare – especially in his large scale pieces – is making his work highly sought after. He is now on the UK demonstrator circuit and has had enquiries for doing demonstrations abroad and at the UK’s woodturning symposiums etc.
He also teaches the craft of woodturning on a 1-1 basis, with lessons available for complete beginners through to more advanced techniques for more accomplished turners.
