Easterly Artists return again in 2024 to the fabulous 24-hour First Light Festival.

Our members are back with an array of new work from some of East Suffolk’s finest visual artists.

Based on the theme “Art At The Edge” and with work in a wide range of mediums – from painting to pastels, collage to ceramics to chromatography – there’s something to suit every artistic taste.

We will again be located in a marquee beside the boating pond in Kensington Gardens, and will have our EA banners out, so keep an eye out for these. We’re aiming to again run a series of interactive sessions and demonstrations, but confirmation/further details will be provided nearer the time.

Getting there

  • By car: Limited parking available in the road by the entrance to Kensington Gardens. but plenty of public car parking heading back into town on London Road South.
  • On foot: 20 minutes’ walk from Lowestoft Station. Bus service available.
